Jennifer McCool is a professional organizer who works with businesses and non-profits to increase their efficiency and productivity. After more than a decade in banking, in compliance and internal audit, Jennifer understands the necessity of proper policies, procedures, and documentation, and the importance of an organized work space.

A member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, Jennifer believes in proper training and education. She has earned a Professional Organizer certificate from the International Association of Professions Career College, her Workplace Productivity Specialist certificate from NAPO, and has completed several classes in grant-writing. In addition, Jennifer has a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute.

Jennifer’s interest in helping non-profits comes from her extensive background in volunteering. In the last decade, Jennifer has served in various capacities with many Northwest Arkansas organizations including: Fayetteville Metro Kiwanis, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Komen Ozark Race for the Cure, the Children’s Safety Center, Open Avenues, Community Development Block Grant Program, NWA Single Parent Scholarship, Purr Catfe, and Womenade NWA.  Jennifer believes deeply in giving back to her community.
