Jennifer McCool is a Manager in Engineering & Technology at J.B Hunt Transport Inc., a consultant through her business, Organize This AR, and periodically is an instructor of Introduction to Agile and Scrum and Increasing Productivity in the Workplace at U of A Professional and Workforce Development.

Through consultant work, Jennifer assists businesses and non-profits to increase their efficiency and productivity. A member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, Jennifer understands the necessity of proper policies, procedures, and documentation, and the importance of an organized work space.  Taking this a step further, Jennifer has written a book called A Girl’s Guide to Breaking Up with Stuff (available on Amazon Kindle!), giving her take on getting rid of clutter.

Jennifer believes in proper training and continued education. She has earned Workplace Productivity Specialist and Team Productivity Specialist certificates from NAPO, has a Scrum Master certificate from the International Scrum Institute and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certificates from Scrum.org.

Believing deeply in giving back to her community, Jennifer has served on boards and committees with many Northwest Arkansas organizations including: Fayetteville Metro Kiwanis, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Komen Ozark Race for the Cure,  NWA Single Parent Scholarship, Purr Catfe, and PantryGift.
