Jennifer McCool is a consultant who works with businesses and non-profits to increase their efficiency and productivity. A member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, Jennifer understands the necessity of proper policies, procedures, and documentation, and the importance of an organized work space.

Jennifer believes in proper training and continued education. She has earned a Professional Organizer certificate from the International Association of Professions Career College, a Workplace Productivity Specialist certificate from NAPO, and is in the process of obtaining a Team Productivity certificate.  In addition, Jennifer has a Scrum Master certificate from the International Scrum Institute and PSM I and PAL I certificates from Scrum.org.

Jennifer’s interest in helping non-profits comes from her extensive background in volunteering. In the last decade, Jennifer has served in various capacities with many Northwest Arkansas organizations including: Fayetteville Metro Kiwanis, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Komen Ozark Race for the Cure, the Children’s Safety Center, Open Avenues, Community Development Block Grant Program, NWA Single Parent Scholarship, Purr Catfe, and Womenade NWA.  Jennifer believes deeply in giving back to her community.
